Atrocious
Atrocious, will never buy from adidas again. Ordered a pair of swimming shorts, which started falling apart after one month. Contacted adidas customer support via WhatsApp, waited for one month no reply.managed to contact customer support via their online chat via their app. was told that I will receive replacement shorts but I first had to send out my shorts to them.I returned the shorts the next day.the Royal mail tracking said shorts were delivered to the warehouse. 3 weeks pasted Adidas did not process my exchange. Instead I got the email saying that they did not receive anything and cancelling my exchange. I contacted customer support again and was told that the system automatically cancelled my return. Was offered to purchase shorts at the same price which I did before and was told I will receive the refund on my original payment method in two days. I refused to repurchase the shorts.
It’s been 1 week now. I did not receive the refund or confirmation of refund, don’t have the shorts and strength left to talk to adidas any longer.
Shocking lack of Customer Service!
Sent back 2 pairs from 2 different orders to save packaging/postage, even put a handwritten note in the package with the order numbers. Refunded one pair, the other’s gone ‘missing’. Four times their What’s up customer service said we will sort it out, to date nothing. They have just stopped answering altogether.
Appalling customer service for such a big & well-known company, needless to say I will never shop from them again!

Sent the wrong trainers (Puma) and I…
Sent the wrong trainers (Puma) and I now have to go out of my way to find a post office who offer the 'print a label' facility return them , and the right ones are out of stock, can't get hold of anyone in customer service either - poor show Adidas !
Atrocious Services!
Returned a pair of trainers (£200) tracking shows they were delivered back on 27/06, been chasing a refund via WhatsApp for the last 9 days and 3 times I’ve been told wait 2 more working days. Called them yesterday, first guy put me on hold and then cut me off. Called back and spoke to ‘Bongo’ who again said I need to wait 2 days and refund will be issued. I’ve raised an official complaint on 14/07 was told I will have a response in 2 business days. It’s been 3 days and nothing. When I spoke to ‘Bongo’ I asked to speak to the manager and she refused, asked for the manager to call me back, she refused. Advised I would like to escalate this and she refused. Just kept saying wait 2 days. Absolutely outrageous, will never buy from Adidas again. They’ve also stopped replying to me on WhatsApp.

I received the shoes but need exchanges…
I received the shoes but need exchanges but turn out it's all the nightmares it comes. I chose to cancel the exchange and repurchase the items but turned out I've got 4 time payment rejected using different cards and even a new account. For what their CS is a joke coz they never have any way to help solving but just use any fake words and promise to comfort customers. I had once to terminate my request rudely once. They don't respect customers simply, shouldn't be deserved for customers to support their brand anyhow

Still waiting a month later for a gift…
Still waiting a month later for a gift card refund, ordered some trainers went through as a ghost order now no trainers no refund, absolute pile o shiz company, Nike all the way from now on. When you call put through on a 1980's phone line to the ass end of nowhere manned by staff who try but their management are feckless tools. Total joke company spend your money on Nike.
Absolutely rubbish customer service
Absolutely rubbish customer service. They are very rude and tells you a lot of lies. They lost my good but now they're having difficulties refunding my money. I even made a complaint but no one bothered to look into it.
Customer service is terrible
Adidas make some decent gear, but I detest the customer service they have put in place - probably the worst I’ve encountered which is bizarre when they use Parcelforce to very effectively screw up deliveries which then result in calls to customer service. They have my money, I don’t have the item, and they have stated very clearly that they’re happy with that situation. Buyer beware.
To adidas - consider paying your vendors a decent fee so that they can provided a better service. Each interaction with them makes your competitors offerings more attractive.
Ordered a jacket
Ordered a jacket, it was too big booked in an exchange and sent it back, heard nothing from them since, I messaged on fb that was completely ignored, I rang up buy the lady was useless so I am trying their WhatsApp service and still waiting for a reply, I received an email today telling me I only had 2 days to collect my parcel from the post office so thinking it was the exchange I went down but there's no parcel for me? Worse customer service I have ever experienced

Avoid
Awful service, I wish I checked reviews before placing my order. The exact same thing happened to me regarding the exchange. 1 whole month I was told theyl happily exchange, then its been processed, then I passed its exchange time frame, then offered refund and then told my parcel was lost in transit. I can only laugh at this company. What has happened addidas???

Return process is a JOKE
Return process is a JOKE. Advise - Never ever everrrr chose voucher or exchange (adidas.co.uk are a total time wasters and it will take ages to process any returns or exchanges) Always chose full refund to bank account and either buy different product by paying full again or simply buy somewhere else where exchange process is more mature and faster.
Extremely poor customer service
My item never arrived to me as it has been delivered to the wrong door. DPD pictures show the wrong doorstep. Extremely poor customer service now deleted the pictures from the track system to avoid accountability. I am very disappointed with Adidas.

To Adidas online team
To Adidas: If the exchange process takes 14 days to manually process the return and 5 more days to aend the exchanged product, this has to be well visible to customers before submitting the exchange request. It would have been way easier to order the correct product and return the other. This way you can take all the time you want for processing the return and sending the refund but I; the customer, would get my correct order on time. This is a silly game and unrealistic feature you have called Exchange. Very disappointed
Online shopping is dying
sent items back to for a different size. It said the package had arrived at the warehouse an was waiting to be swapped and sent back out, after 2 weeks it still had not changed so i contacted them and was told they would send it out the next day. 3 days later still no movement so I have asked for refund, lets see what happens in 14 days.
I stupidly made another order thinking maybe its just the exchanges they struggle with, order all confirmed on their website but no email confirmation and payment is pending on the bank rather than being taken. So I assume they dont have the items in stock which I ordered (even though the website said the sizes I ordered were there)

Vowed never to order online again
I vowed never to order online from Adidas EVER again. This is the second consecutive mess up from this companies delivery service. PLEASE NOTE Adidas if you use a courier YOU are still responsible for the delivery.
1st incident I was sent half an order packed incorrectly. Ordered 2 pairs of boys black trainers. I was sent a Royal Mail delivery alert message to say items are on the way, but will be sent in 2 separate deliveries. No issue really with that other than they sent only 1 parcel and it was A BLACK PAIR OF MENS JOGGERS instead!!! The packing slip clearly said 1 pair of boys trainers. Does anyone check the packing slip? I had such an issue finding how to even contact Adidas to complain. I was so frustrated to be told that I was only getting my full correct order once they had received the return of the wrongly packaged item. Hold on... So my email from Royal Mail just said 2 parcels were in transit? So somehow they'd messed up the delivery and Adidas were literally holding all my delivery to ransom until they were satisfied with the safe undamaged return of their wrongly packaged joggers!! WHAT? I WAS SO MAD to put it mildly. I eventually found a useful outlet to complain to as many listed customer service contact details either went ignored or round in circles. (I Googled the CEO's email address and copied him into my complaint) I suddenly got a lovely helpful email from an unlisted customer service email address that is not on the internet anywhere for any avarage person to find! Interesting! To cut a long story short it eventually got sorted out but not without a lot of chasing, complaining and demanding on my behalf. They cancelled the delivery (somehow?) and refunded me and then I had to re-order (oh joy) But what happened to the supposed items "in transit"?.... Well I wonder.... stay tuned for round 2...
So imagine how extatic I was at having to order again for my boys birthday presents (coz he loves all things Adidas unfortunately for me) I placed 2 orders, (delivery again with Royal Mail) 1 day apart coz they didn't have stock at first for a tshirt but got an alert the following day to say it was back in stock so added it on to my order as an extra separate delivery. I was then sent email alerts with the same 2hr delivery window for both packages on 09/07/22. Brilliant I thought. Delivery slot passed and I received a wierd message from RM "Your parcel from Adidas UK ECOM FC has reached your local delivery office. We've received a request not to deliver mail to the property your item is addressed to today. We'll attempt delivery as per the instructions we've received, which is usually on the next working day."
I WAS MAD. AGAIN. I'd had my day wasted. Again. I sent complaint messages. Again. I'm being ignored. Again. I have tones of RM deliveries all the time and have never had this happen before. Its allegedly at my local sorting office down the road. Why are RM being told to hold it and by whom? Well that can only be the sender, Adidas. No help or contact from Adidas thus far. Shocking lack of customer service but its becoming a bit of a disappointing theme here.
This morning 11/07/22, 1 of the 2 parcels was delivered (the parcel with just the £10 tshirt ordered a day later and not the parcel with the original part of my order worth way more than the £10 tshirt!!!) This is more of a RM issue granted but as I am only the recipient and not the sender I have to direct the complaint to the sender Adidas for them to sort.... Who give ZERO sh**s about my complaint again. Very poor Adidas. You need to do better. Where's the rest of my order? Why are you holding it at my PO? This is all so suspicious! I await your response.
